Intermediate Care - Weekly lawn cut. Approximately 32 per season. Granular fertilizer program consisting of 5-6 applications per season. Selective treatments for lawn health (ex. fungicide, herbicides and post-emergent spray, insecticide etc.) Possible spring aeration and fall seeding if needed. *** Bed services via request - please contact the office.
Full Care - Weekly lawn cut. Approximately 32 per season. Granular fertilizer program consisting of 5-6 applications per season. Selective treatments for lawn health (ex. fungicide, herbicides and post-emergent spray, insecticide etc.) Possible spring aeration and fall seeding if needed. Bi-weekly plant and bed maintenance such as weeding, trimming and flower care. Automatic spring and fall cleanups and spring mulching.
Pricing Structure
Granular Fertilizer: $65 per application. Mulch: $120 per yard installed. Additional Lawn Treatments: $35 per gallon usage. Aeration: 6-8 times cut price. Power Seeding: 10-12 times cut price. Materials may be additional. Spot Seeding: 8 times cut price. Materials may be additional. Labor: $65 per hour per person for all maintenance services such as weeding, pruning, cleanups etc.
Billing Notes
Invoices are sent monthly and payment is due upon receipt. We do not accept split payments, or invoice separately for multiple owner dwellings. All services are charged as completed. Each lawn and garden is treated individually to the specific needs of the property. We look forward to working with you!
